I wish to buy this stake back but will sit on the sidelines to see how OIL decides to move. Choosing to be very liquid in my strategies orientation in regards to airlines. AAPL came out with the invitation to its special event today, so I see here any and all shakes on AAPL as buying opportunities--------------Apple has sent out invitations for a music-related event next week, and the smart money is on new iPods.---------------- The invitation, titled "Let's Rock," went out Tuesday morning inviting media to the Yerba Buena Center for the Performing Arts in San Francisco next Tuesday at 10 a.m. PDT. This is the largest singol add I make on an options play and we already had the equivalent of a oversized stake in these calls fro before now doubling the money allocation but since the options are so much cheaper i am much more than doubling my options size. There are to be new products released most likely around sept 5th, so I think the chances are very high that AAPL mails out invitations to a special event during the long weekend. This pull back should then be a GIFT to us for just like last time when they pulled AAPL down and we positioned in a options play that made us over 890% profit I think this could be because of the cheap options our next possible 1 thousand % gainer, KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK. and by the way playgrounders big smiles on the airline reversal of positions we made yesterday $-) before the close we could very well see 100% profit on our calls for I believe UAUA is setting up for a spike up. playgrounders im banging on the table on the +apviq calls I consider this a TREASURE right now.

.adding swing +UALIV - UAUA $12.5000 Sep 2008 CALL at .75-.80 area LARGE with this second large add am up to an oversized position on UAUA calls. this should be the UAUA sweet spot area. Im very aggressively turning bullish now on the airlines especially after we saw strength on them even when oil was at 120s the airlines covered there gap down at the open. there is building strength on the airlines and dont mind as we said in the last email moving into an oversized position intraday. This again becomes the time when fear will keep many from making the switch which also means that the options prices have a discount because of the phycological perception now turned so very bearish and in turn our % returns on these calls can be significantly stronger because of this. Do remember playgrounders when we first went long the airlines fear held most back from positioning, and when we were selling and going negative same was true. So here again we are turning our larger airline direction to a bullish stance . FEAR playgrounders is what makes people miss the most important position.

Multiday direction has reversed negative according to my formulas on OIL plus even at the open the strength in the airlines has been strong. perhaps for the next months into the earnings the picture is expected to continue to show cost control and changes t keep these airlines going. I will continue to hold the LCC puts only as a hedge, no other puts. If the strength continues I plan on adding another large call stake before the day is done.

Im taking a good size loss on her here, a significant intraday negative might clear here on my formulas , has not yet but choosing to cut the cord on her now $-(. cant win them all. our other AAPL bets and airline puts are doing much better though. Have made a great deal of dinero on SOLF last few weeks, giving a chunk of it back here $-( .

Tropical Storm Gustav turned energy stocks higher on news that the storm will likely turn into a category 3 hurricane by Monday threatening oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. If the storm intensifies it can be much more powerful than Hurricane Katrina and Rita in 2005. The U.S. Gulf coast holds 14 percent of the gas output and is home to 40 percent of refining capacity.

The storm is currently located 18.8 north 74.0 west with maximum sustained winds at 60 miles per hour. Current movement is west northwest at 5 miles per hour. There are hurricane warnings in effect for southern Cuba and tropical storm warning for the island nation of Jamaica. The potential 5 day track takes the storm into the Gulf of Mexico threatening the Texas, Louisiana gulf coast.

Crude oil rose to $118.91 per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Oil prices are up 65 percent in the last 52 weeks. Natural gas also moved higher up 32 cents to $8.60. During the 2005 hurricane season Hurricane Katrina and Rita closed a large percentage of offshore oil output.

Oil inventories dropped 177,000 barrels to 305 million. About 42 percent of the moves made in the stock market were due to energy related stocks moving higher. Analysts were looking for a 1.1 million barrel gain. Gasoline prices moved higher rising $11.08 to $3.08 per gallon and heating oil moved up 8.9 cents to $3.22 per barrel. Analyst at Goldman Sachs stated that they expect oil to move back up to previous highs that were made earlier in the year at $147 per barrel in the near term.

We are still in a bear market, financials have not recovered from their credit mess, Russia is also a major concern as well as threats to pipelines in Nigeria being attacked by terrorist. Stocks to pay close attention to are natural gas, oil refiners, as well as oil drilling companies.

Ofcorse back then all of solars were doing great. So here entering back both stock and calls now that solars have fallen back. And with the coming hurricane headed towards the gulf. im having email problems today, so the last email a lot of you wont receive before the close $-( but U may want to buy stock after market $-)
